RETURN POLICY
Before presuming to undo what has been done, you shall first consult with Vcuts—for guidance, for resolution, for clarity.
Upon the arrival of your order, it is your duty to inspect what has been delivered. Perfection should be expected, and any deviation from it shall not go unnoticed. Should you find a flaw, a fracture in what was promised, you must report it without hesitation, presenting the necessary details for consideration.
RETURN CONDITIONS
A window of fourteen days is granted from the moment of receipt—fourteen days to decide whether you shall part with what you have claimed. Yet understand this: only that which remains untouched, unsullied, and unaltered shall be deemed worthy of return. Should the product bear the marks of use, of damage, of regretful tampering, no restitution shall be granted.
Accompany your return with your contact details and, if available, a tracking number—for without order, there is only chaos, and chaos is of no use to us.
REFUND PROCESS
For those whose returns meet our exacting standards, restitution shall be issued. The swiftest path to resolution lies in direct communication—an email sent to [email protected], concise, clear, stating your claim. There, your case shall be judged, and if deemed rightful, recompense shall follow.
RETURNING A PACKAGE
For those beyond our borders, heed this: should you seek to return an item, you must declare it as ‘RETURNED GOODS’—lest you invite the unwanted burden of Customs fees, which are solely yours to bear. We do not entertain disputes over such matters; that responsibility is yours alone.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If fate has played its cruel hand and your order is lost or shattered upon its journey, you shall inform us immediately upon its arrival—or lack thereof. Only through swift action can remedies be pursued. Delay, and you risk being left with nothing but silence.
